NEW MEMBER INFORMATION

Welcome to the neighborhood! We are glad you joined us! 

 

Here are some helpful things for you to know: 

  • Our community helper is Patti Nieves, you can contact her at 770.993.1089​​

  • Trash pickup is provided by the City of Roswell

    • Garbage and Recycling pick up is on Tuesdays​

    • Yard waste pick up is on Wednesdays

    • Recycling bins available from CWS 678.240.9137

  • We have an emergency back gate that is opened for inclement weather

    • ​Notification of the open gate will be via email or social media accounts

  • Exterior changes and tree removal require approval of the Architectural Controls Committee (ACC) form prior to beginning your project

    • Forms are available here
